Just what the doctor ordered....two fabulous days with my Mom & Dad. They spoiled me and I loved every minute of it. They are seasonal campers in Terrebonne at a campground called 'Camping au Plateau'. The owners of the campground did not charge me for my stay there. I met some of my parents friends and they were also very supportive. I'll miss Buddy, my Mom & Dad's little dog.
Even animals need compassion and kindness!

Hi! We the grade 5 students at Maple Ridge Elementary school have been listening to our teacher, Mrs. Yates, read your blog. Wow, what a journey so far! How are your black fly bites? Please let us know when you will be running through Ottawa. We'd love to meet you in person. Your tentative schedule says that you will be passing through Ottawa tomorrow, but we will still be in class. We think that your cause to save animals is amazing, and after the brief training we did for track and field, we can't imagine running as long as you do each day!
