Day 132/133 - Kenora

After Lawrence dropped me off I tried getting a hold of Carol in Kenora who is a friend of the family. There was no answer. It was getting late so I stayed at the LakeVu Motel. It had been a draining day both physically and mentally. In the morning I tried calling Carol again and this time she was home. She picked me up and I stayed with her and her dog Katie for a day. She helped me get a few things done. I also had the opportunity to meet her two daughters and granddaughter. She took some pictures. I had stopped in at the Kenora Humane Society and met a few of the staff there. Its just a small place with just a few volunteers. Kenora is a beautiful little town with the harbour and all the hills.
