Day 147 - Elkhorn

I woke up on and off during the night trying not to scratch and cause the poison oak to spread. It had rained and the temperature dropped quite a bit. The wind had picked up. I went for breakfast and by the time I was done the clouds seemed to move out but there was a strong headwind.

Running wasn't helping my poison oak problem. I couldn't wait to get my clothes off. There was just more farmland to look at. I couldn't believe how many dead birds were on the road from being hit by a car. I finally reached Elkhorn. I showered and put more oil on and that brought me some relief. Tomorrow would be a better day.
