Day 36 - Junction to hwy 2

I was about 10 miles into my run when Madi and Dave pulled up with Tim Horton's coffee and a muffin. I couldn't believe it. We sat in their vehicle out of the rain and chatted for a bit and it gave me time to warm up. We talked about meeting up at the highway 2 junction later.

When they left I thought how kind they were to go out of their way like this. I went 26 miles and we both reached the junction within minutes of each other. I was really happy to see them.
When we got to their home I met their cats and then took a warm shower. Madi had made dinner and then after talking for a while it was time to call it a night.
